So true we often treat ourselves as second class citizens but I'm reminded of the verse that says "I am fearfully and wonderfully made"(fearfully as in awesome , awesome as in inspiring, inspiring as in: to fill with an animating, quickening, or exalting influence)which is the Holy Spirit..Cant do nothing without Him.
We have to encourage and validate ourselves. I am making a committment to telling myself something great about ME everyday. Thanking the Lord for creating me will be my purpose, not vanity.
